This week Key Stage 1 performed their Nativity play called Bethlehem’s Buzzin’. The children were great with fantastic singing and well rehearsed lines they told everyone all about the true meaning of Christmas. The story follows three stall holders from Bethlehem who were always out to make money from the visiting travellers. They become aware of all the extra people visiting Bethlehem and meet shepherds, kings and a couple expecting a baby. They wonder what all the fuss is about and go to see for themselves. What they discover is a very special baby. The instantly realise the baby’s importance and decide to change their ways and become tour guides for Bethlehem. Al the children were amazing and told the story so well. Thank you to everyone who came to watch, we hope it filled you with a little Christmas warmth.
