Eco Tip of the Week
Cut down on waste by using scrap paper for working out, making notes or rough drafts!
It is my privilege to welcome you to the family of St Philip Neri RC Primary School…
…which is so much more than just a school; we are a hub of education, faith and community, which welcomes all and strives to develop the unique, God-given gifts and talents of all our pupils. Our school has developed a set of core values of ‘Love, Trust and Respect’ which underpin all the work we do. These values have an impact on all we do, they help to deepen your child’s choices in relation to themselves, the communities from which they are part of and the wider world.
I hold a strong belief in the power of education to change children’s lives and the right of every child to receive an excellent education. Children are recognised as individuals and their unique personality, talents and interests are nurtured and developed to the full. At St Philip Neri we develop the whole child and provide opportunities for them to flourish within and beyond the classroom. The strong partnership we develop between parents and school enables children to achieve success.
I trust that you will recognise how special our school and parish community is here at St Philip Neri’s and I look forward to sharing a bright future together with you and your family.

The Governors and Staff would like to thank parents for the efforts they have made to ensure that their children have consistently good attendance. Attendance over the last 2 years has been above 96% which is very good. The Government expects attendance of at least 95%, but many children in our school have excellent attendance (98 – 100%). They are keen to be in school and don’t want to miss any of the interesting and exciting opportunities for learning on offer.
